As of August 1, 2024, AIM Corporation has been merged into its parent company, Ubiquitous AI Corporation, with Ubiquitous AI Corporation as the surviving entity and AIM Corporation as the absorbed entity. All business operations, rights, and obligations of AIM Corporation have been transferred to Ubiquitous AI Corporation as a result of this merger. All current transactions and services you are engaged with will continue to be provided by Ubiquitous AI Corporation.
